Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of leadership in Islamic educational institutions, namely in Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School Parung Bogor. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a case study research model Technique of data collecting is using the instrument form questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the type of leadership that tends to be used in the Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School is a participative and transformational type
